Shipping is free on all orders in Europe. Additional charges may be added for shippings to the US and other geographic areas, as well as for heavier items (will be mentioned on item description and added to cart).
We ship all over the world. Additional shipping charges may apply to some regions and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. We target delivery within 2-3 weeks of order completion (except for products that require customization).
If you require faster shipping, please reach out to us at email@example.com. Depending on the product, we may be able to organize expedited shipping on your behalf.
If your product does not arrive in 3 weeks, please contact the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS). If you are unsure of which shipping provider to reach out to, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
International shipping is managed by UPS. Additional carriers (e.g., USPS or DHL may be used for final delivery). Shipping and packaging within Albania and Kosova is managed by Albanian Courier (http://www.albaniancourier.al).
We do offer shipment tracking on most orders. We will always notify you when your product has started the shipping process, but please note that some shipments may not provide detailed tracking until your order arrives in your country
If you feel you'd like to return your product, please reach out to email@example.com. We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if anything went wrong along the way, we'll be happy to help.
Please note though, returns are not guaranteed. Given that products are shipped straight from the homelands, returning items can be tough, so we do not guarantee that you can return a product beyond what local laws require.

If a product is damaged prior to delivery, please notify us at email@example.com so that we can begin to work toward a resolution with our partners. Please note that prompt notification is important. Ideally within a business day of receipt. So as soon as you notice the damage, please notify us; otherwise we may not be able to help.

Yes. Most artisanal products can be ordered to be custom built. Please just let us know via the order instructions field found in the shopping cart.
Also, most traditional clothing can be altered or sized to your requirements. Before shipping any clothing, we will confirm size options with you.
We only included taxes paid in Albania and Kosova in our prices. Items purchased on the shop may be subject to local taxes in your country. Please refer to your local tax authorities for requirements.
Our products are proudly made and provided by Albanians. Shop Germin brings together artisanal crafts and patriotic home-goods sourced from producers around Albania and Kosova. As the shop grows, so will our sourcing. We have plans to find additional ethnic Albanian producers in Montenegro and North Macedonia.
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not
satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us or the product is damaged, you can get your money back.
You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days from the moment you receive the product. After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first week after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
